This is a really nice cover by Tony Daniel for Teen Titans #48 that appeared on the stands June 27th, 2007. On the printed cover were the words, "When Amazons Attack!" as this was an issue from the "Amazons Attack!" story arc following some of the events that occurred in Amazons Attack #3. The story revolves around Wonder Girl and Supergirl flying to a military barricade outside of Washington intent on freeing her mother and other Amazons held as captives by the military. That is essentially the scene that this cover depicts. Obviously, the comic book industry would fold up if there was not a conflict and a battle in every issue, so when several of the Teen Titans arrive to calm Wonder Girl down, the fight escalates and the soldiers open fire. Wonder Girl deflects the bullets with her bracelets and Supergirl lets them bounce off of her. This original has a nice shot of Wonder Girl and Supergirl beginning the battle. The cover was rendered in pencil, pen and ink and has an image area of ~10.5 x 15" on a larger 11 x 17" piece of standard DC Cover Bristol art board. Tony Daniel both signed the art in the lower right corner and autographed the page in the lower right margin. As usual for me, shipping is not included and I prefer NOT to take PayPal. Checks or Money Orders are definitely preferred.
